| Golose Tentazioni S.r.l., in business since 1985, produces a full line of both fresh and frozen pastry-based food products which we currently sell within Italy in supermarket chains such as Auchan. We are interested in expanding the sales of our frozen products to overseas Markets all over the World and would like to request detailed information from your company and services to accomplish this task and begin selling within the next 1 to 3 months. The three main products were interested in exporting at the moment are our Focacce, fiadoni and Torta Rustica. All are pastry-based products, manufactured in our own facility in Pescara, pre-cooked and frozen, without the use of any type of food preserver and are currently sold within the Italian market to supermarket chains such as Auchan. Heres a brief description of them: 1) FOCACCE: Delicious milk chapati very soft and with an unique scent, good like bread. Ingredients: water, flour 00, half skimmed milk, yeast, sunflower seeds oil. Conservation Temperature: -18°C Duration after defrosting: 2 days at +4°C (after defrosting, product cannot be frozen again) How to cook: First brush the product with olive oil, then place it in a pre-warmed oven at 250°C for 8-10 minutes. Packaging: The focacce are packed pre-cooked in boxes of 10 (ten) units, each weighting 400g, for a total of 4 Kg. per box. These boxes are packed in pallets containing each 63 boxes, or 630 focacce each, for a total weight of 252 Kg. Prices: 1) Made with Sunflower seed oil wholesales for € 2,90 per Kg. + IVA (where applicable) 2) Made with Olive Oil wholesales for € 3,30 per Kg. + IVA (where applicable) ***All prices are FOB our warehouse 2) FIADONI: Abruzzo Region delicacy, made with seasoned cheese, wrapped in a very thin puff pastry. Ingredients: Exterior: flour 00, wine, oil, salt. Interior: grated cheese, fresh ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, pepper. Conservation temperature: -18°C Duration time after defrosting: 2 days at +4°C (after defrosting, product cannot be frozen again) How to cook: Total defrost. Cook in pre-warmed oven at 200-220°c for 20-22 minutes. Packaging: The fiadoni come in two sizes - Mignon, weighting 3.5g. each and Medium, weighting 13.5g. each - and are packed pre-cooked in boxes of either 315 (three hundred and fifteen = Mignon) or 135 (one hundred and thirty five = Medium) units, for a total of 9 Kg. per box of either size. These boxes are packed in pallets containing each 63 boxes, or 8.505 fiadoni medium or 19.845 fiadoni Mignon each, for a total weight of 567 Kg per pallet, for either type. Prices: 1) Mignon wholesales for € 8,70 per Kg. + IVA (where applicable) 2) Medium wholesales for € 7,65 per Kg. + IVA (where applicable) ***All prices are FOB our warehouse 3) TORTA RUSTICA LA CONTADINA: Very soft puff pastry filled with fresh ricotta cheese and other ingredients. Ingredients: Exterior: flour 00, fresh eggs, wine, sunflower seed oil, half skimmed milk, yeast, salt. Fillings: Spinach: fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, freeze spinach, grated cheese (rigatino), salt and pepper. Mushrooms: fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, natural mushrooms, grated cheese (rigatino), salt and pepper. Artichoke Hearts: fresh ricotta cheese, ham, fresh eggs, natural artichoke hearts, grated cheese (rigatino), salt and pepper. Conservation temperature: -18°C Duration time after defrosting: 9 days at +4°C (after defrosting, product cannot be frozen again) How to cook: Total defrost. Cook in a pre-warmed oven at 200-220°c for 15-20 minutes. Packaging: The Torta Rustica weights each 500g.and are packed pre-cooked in boxes of 15 (fifteen) units, for a total of 7.5 Kg. per box. These boxes are packed in pallets containing each 63 boxes, or 945 units each, for a total weight of 472.5 Kg per pallet.
